The gym is unbearable without AC!!! Plus, a spa package should definitely mean relaxation, not a noisy restaurant ruining the vibe!!! The Wi-Fi struggled to connect in half the room!!!

The staff were fantastic and good and the location was magnificent in the main restaurant for 19 USD...

We had an amazing two nights here! The hot springs were clean and relaxing, especially enjoyed the morning soak when we had them all to ourselves. The breakfast buffet was delicious! Just a heads up, the room view wasn't as shown online, but we still had a great time and would definitely return.

Notre sejour dans cet hotel fut agreable malgre quelques petits inconvenients. L'emplacement pres de la gare etait tres pratique pour nous deplacer en ville. De plus, la chambre etait propre et la literie confortable, ce qui nous a permis de bien dormir. Nous avons egalement apprecie le petit dejeuner qui etait copieux et varie. De plus, le parking ferme derriere l'hotel etait un avantage pratique.

Nous avons été déçus par l'accueil du personnel qui n'était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes.

The hot springs are a dream come true. Soaking in the saltwater pools while gazing at the majestic volcano is sheer bliss! My room was fine, with wooden details and amazing views of green fields and grazing animals. The friendly staff treated us like family, turning our stay into a lovely getaway!

The multiple hot springs on the hotel provide an idyllic way to unwind, coupled with fine views of the volcano from the café area. One standout feature was the gorgeous soaking tub in the room with a touch of luxury and privacy. The risotto at the café was a good surprise, perfectly cooked and flavorful. The room photos could be misleading was good, and we wished for better service during peak hours.

The lush landscaping and well-maintained grounds made wandering around a joy, and accessibility was excellent, nice for easy exploration of the hot spring pools and facilities without any stress.

More shaded areas for relaxation would be appreciated.

This place was incredible, with modern amenities and a balcony, set in a fantastic location just a short walk from Arenal Ecoglide Park.

Make sure you stay in the suite with a terrace for an awesome view of the volcano plus an outside jacuzzi, the staff here are pretty friendly, excellent, and provide good service.
